Version 1.0 · Effective 25 July 2026. Wtflo collects the information needed to quote, sell, invoice, deliver and support its services.

Information we collect

This may include your name, business name, contact details, billing address, GSTIN, selected services, payment status, communications and the business-account access you choose to provide during onboarding. Wtflo does not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials.

How we use and share it

We use this information to process orders, create GST invoices, communicate with you, deliver services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. It may be processed by service providers needed for these purposes, including Zoho Payments, Zoho Books, Brevo, Vercel and relevant advertising, messaging or CRM platforms you authorise.

Retention and security

We retain records as long as needed for service, accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet system can promise absolute security. Please share access through official role or partner-access methods rather than sending passwords.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to records Wtflo must retain by law. You may opt out of promotional email while still receiving transactional messages about an active order.
