What happens after I pay?

You'll receive your GST invoice and onboarding instructions by email. The 7-working-day delivery period begins after Wtflo verifies all required access, assets and approvals.
What is the 30-day performance extension?

If a purchased system produces none of its defined success events during the first 30 days after launch, Wtflo will manage that system for one additional month without the ₹30,000 management fee. Success means a qualified prospect completes a booking through the WhatsApp Booking System, or an enrolled prospect replies, clicks the agreed action or books through Follow-Up. Eligibility requires timely access, approvals, working tracking and prompt lead handling. WhatsApp and third-party charges remain payable.
Can I expand the standard delivery scope?

Yes. The displayed price covers the numbered limits shown inside each system. Additional services, calendars, agents, message sequences, templates or integrations can be quoted separately after your Wtflo consultant confirms the requirement.
What does my business need to provide?

You provide working access to WhatsApp, Wtflo, Google Calendar and Razorpay where selected; your services, availability, qualification rules, approved copy and media; and timely feedback. Follow-up messaging also requires valid customer consent and Meta-approved templates.
Can I pay in two parts?

Yes. Pay 50% plus applicable GST to begin. After delivery, we issue the remaining 50% invoice plus GST, payable within 7 calendar days.
What's the monthly retainer?

Setup includes implementation and the first 30 days of running the purchased systems. Optional ongoing management is ₹30,000/month plus GST from Month 2, regardless of how many systems you purchased. Ad spend and third-party charges are separate.
Can I get a refund?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment if onboarding or implementation has not begun. After 24 hours or once work begins, whichever is earlier, setup payments are non-refundable.
What payment methods are accepted?

Available methods are shown in Zoho Payments' secure checkout. Wtflo does not store your card or UPI credentials.
Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed after verified payment. Eligibility for input tax credit depends on your own GST registration and compliance.
